The job of a manager is to motivate his employee and bring out the best from all the employees.

Only a good listener can be a good speaker, as a result developing the finest communication techniques are an essential part of Management Skills Development. When a manager is communicating with a client or a customer, the interest of his company must reign all such communication. Developing the intricate styles of public speaking and oratorical skills are also an integral part of Management Skills. Whenever, you are speaking before the public ensure a a smarter approach and an intimate style. People who are hearing you must be able to identify with your style of speaking and content. Good vocabulary and pinch of humor in his speech will only add more value to whatever he speaks.
     
    Conflict is also an integral and perennial part of all corporate houses. An efficient manager must learn how to manage two warring parties. Conflicts can be between a client and a company as well between people within the company. For this reason a manager must listen to both the warring parties before taking a decision. He must also see to it that an amicable solution is arrived at. While taking any kind of decision or mediating into the matter, nothing but the interest of the company should prevail over all his senses. He should not appear to be biased under any circumstances and all his decisions should carry a clear message to his juniors.
